Intern Lin Chuan has a strange talent—he can hear human organs “talk.” He was suspended from the hospital for telling patients things like “Your liver complains about staying up late” or “Your stomach hates iced drinks,” labeled as “disturbing medical practice.” Until he meets top actress Su Wan: she collapses suddenly at a press conference, but all tests show “no physical abnormalities.” Through a conversation with her heart, Lin Chuan discovers a traumatic aftereffect from her childhood—she once saved a drowning boy but suffered cardiac arrest herself, and her heart has “remembered” that fear ever since, sometimes “going on strike.” To prove his innocence and help Su Wan untangle her emotional knots, Lin Chuan uses his “organ mind-reading” to track the hidden lesion while fighting his colleagues’ accusations of being a “fraud.” Worse yet, he finds out he’s the very boy Su Wan risked her life to save years ago! When a doctor who can “hear heartbeats” meets an actress with a “heartbeat secret,” can this mutual redemption journey help them overcome misunderstandings and rediscover the “spark” between them?
