Emergency doctor Su Wanwan encounters Lin Shiyan, a cartoonist sneaking into her consultation room to gather creative materials during her night shift. Mistaking him for a medical troublemaker, she "confronts" him with a sphygmomanometer—only to discover his sketchbook is filled with sketches of her saving lives. It turns out the teenager she rescued from a car accident three years ago has been searching for her with his paintbrush. When the "forgotten savior" meets the "obsession hidden in drawings," a bittersweet tale of "first encounter as reunion" unfolds, blooming from the smell of disinfectant in the emergency room.
