Su Wanning, an ancient painting restorer, is determined to restore the incomplete "Spring Banquet Picture" to fulfill her grandmother's last wish, only to accidentally get involved in a "painting dispute" with Gu Zhaonian, the boss of an auction house. From confrontation to mutual attraction, they discover the painting hides a past generation's regret—her grandmother and Gu's grandfather once lost their love due to a misunderstanding, and this painting is their unfulfilled promise. When the truth comes out, will they let go of obsessions to be together, or repeat the previous generation's regret? Can a half-century-old spring dream find its way back this spring?
