Gu Zhao (played by Tian Yang), a painter who can bring his drawings to life, accidentally summons Bai Li (played by Bao Zhiyue), an immortal sealed for a thousand years, while painting one day. Bai Li has lost all her memories, with only one obsession: finding someone who "once saved her". However, Gu Zhao's paintbrush is unexpectedly linked to her sealing aura. As they trace the truth together, Gu Zhao discovers he is the reincarnation of the person Bai Li is looking for—he was the one who sealed her with this brush a thousand years ago, just to save her from divine punishment. When Bai Li regains her memories and faces the choice between "returning to the immortal realm" and "staying with Gu Zhao", can this millennium-old bond defeat fate?
