Chen Mo, once a top state banquet chef, faded away from the arena due to secrets and became a nanny of the Gu family. On the birthday of old Mr. Gu, the longevity noodles Chen spent three hours making were unexpectedly kicked to the ground by his arrogant daughter-in-law, who disdained them as cheap and improper. Watching the spilled noodles and soup, Chen's pent-up anger burst—he took out his old chef's knife from the bottom of his luggage, set up a stove in the community, and reproduced the lost state banquet skills. A passer-by filmed and posted it online, triggering a nationwide sensation. This not only humiliated the Gu family but also exposed Chen's identity as a chef, kickstarting his domineering road to counterattack.
