Lin Xiaoman, who just returned to her rural hometown for retirement, never expected her neighbor Zhou Fugui to seize the only path between their houses to expand his new house—he even taunted, 'If you have the guts, fly over.' Infuriated, Lin dug the low-lying land behind her old house into a fish pond, diverting river water to surround Zhou’s new house. To make it worse for Zhou, she turned the pond into a popular recreational fishing spot, making his house an 'isolated island.' Zhou panicked and made a scene at the village committee, but Lin had a backup plan: the pond’s property right was legally hers with complete procedures. Their rivalry also unearthed an old grudge—Zhou’s father had seized Lin’s family’s land years ago. Lin’s counterattack wasn’t just revenge; it was a harsh lesson for the bully. As her fishing business boomed, Zhou’s 'grand house' became nothing but a backdrop for Lin’s success.
