Top tea artisan Su Wan hides her identity as the legendary "Qingyun Tea Fairy" and works as a "clumsy pantry worker" at Gu's Group to raise money for her brother's surgery. However, she encounters Bai Mengwei, a "green tea" colleague who steals her tea-prepping job and frames her for breaking CEO Gu Jingshen's prized Song Dynasty teacup. Su Wan's innate skill slips out—she identifies the cup as a fake with a touch and brews the "Hometown Fragrance" tea that Gu has sought for a decade. Unbeknownst to her, Gu already recognized her as the "tea cup girl" who saved him as a child; this was all his plan. Caught between the green tea's schemes and the CEO's intentional tenderness, Su Wan's "low-key plan" falls apart. She has to打脸 the green tea with her craft while accepting Gu's exclusive sweetness, eventually rising from a pantry worker to Gu's chief tea director and winning a mutually protective sweet love.
