Urban designer Lin Xiaoman returns to Yunjian Village upon her grandmother's final letter, determined to turn the old family courtyard into a rural homestay. There, she runs into Chen Ye—her childhood sweetheart who parted ways due to a misunderstanding—now a "village stubborn" guarding old beehives. Chen Ye fiercely opposes the renovation, claiming the old house is a "living fossil of the village's history." As they clash and rediscover their teen diaries, they learn the misunderstanding was a ploy by Grandma to keep Xiaoman from giving up her studies for love. On the homestay's groundbreaking day, workers unearth a beehive hidden in the old wall for two decades—it's the engagement gift from Chen Ye's grandfather to Grandma, and the key to Yunjian Village's lost "Honey Fragrance Source" recipe. When past love intertwines with the village's roots, Xiaoman finally understands: Grandma didn't call her back to build a homestay, but to reclaim the "heart's home" she lost in the city.
